Join us on a revitalizing 3-day experience at the relaxing Wind Farm in Dahab. We will rejuvenate our bodies and minds with daily Yoga, delicious healthy food by the amazing chef Nada Howaidy, a magical Bedouin desert dinner, and a sensational breathing session with integrative coach and breathwork therapist, Marcus Blacker.

Sensational Breathing with Marcus
Our breathing is vital not just to our life, but to our experience of life. The simple yet powerful intention of this two hour experiential workshop is to learn how to undo negative conditioning, let go of limiting beliefs and heal all types of trauma by using the breath to integrate unprocessed emotions at the level of sensations in the body.
In this deep dive together, Marcus will create a safe and contained space for you to go deep into an embodied experience of your energy and emotions, using a form of breathwork called connected breathing. The experience will be set to specially-selected music and guided and facilitated by Marcus throughout.
This environment relaxes the body and dials down the overthinking part of your brain, enabling you to connect to your inner intelligence, release and integrate emotional blockages, and increase your capacity for sensual pleasure and spiritual connection. The result? A return to our natural state of wholeness!
Somatics with Alina
During our somatic class we will discover and explore this inner wisdom and limitless possibilities of improving through movements. We will see how powerful is acceptance, respect of the limits and ability to listen and to hear what is inside.
On a physical level we will do comfortable small movements. We will learn how to slow down in the easiest and one of the most powerful and efficient ways — using our body as a tool. After class you will experience a new quality of your breath. You will have a new level of connection with your body and you will know how to communicate with it to stay happy and healthy.
Freediving with Julia, Catherine, and Khaled
Freediving is the most natural form of underwater diving which relies on the body’s ability to dive on a single breath. It is a natural ability that humans have but that many have not yet explored. Although it involves physical effort, freediving is mostly a mental exercise that requires deep relaxation and peace of mind. Whether you are an experienced freediver or a complete beginner, you will be coached by our instructors to help you explore and develop your freediving and relaxation skills, in order to maximize your comfort and enjoyment underwater.
Climbing with Insight Seekers
Experience rock climbing as a gateway for self healing and self exploration. The mountains are always mirroring our raw emotions, and rock climbing can be a great teacher that shows us what our fears are and helps us learn how to deal with and grow past them. The activity allows us to look into our relationship with ourselves and with our environment and how much we have trust in both. Insight seekers will guide you through this insightful, internal and external journey.
Underwater Dance with Raghda
The workshop welcomes all women of all ages and requires no athletic background or specific physical shape or condition. It has everything to do with connecting to our heart and moving from a place of honesty and truth. It is about letting go and trusting the water to carry us and embrace us in its arms so we are free to set our tensions free and let them dissolve completely. Underwater dance is really about flowing with the water, dancing with the water however we feel like it. There are no set of movements or rules to follow, this is nothing like synchronized swimming or any kind of codified dance. “My job is to help you reach the maximum level of comfort and trust in the water so that your inner female goddess can shine!”
