Catherine (Aka “Cath”) has been in almost constant contact with the ocean since her early childhood and her adventures on a sailing boat. Her perseverance and the abandonment of a “military” approach, contrary to the “supposed” pleasure of freediving, finally allowed her to rediscover the joy and well-being of evolving underwater without artificiality. She is an AIDA Freediving Instructor, a Yoga Instructor, a Competition Safety Diver, and last but not least, an Underwater Model!
